Q. How is the product printed and fulfilled? 
A. I have four trusted print and fulfillment companies, all based in the U.S. I submit my design to them as a template, and when I receive an order I then submit the order to the designated print provider, after handling any personalizations if necessary. Each order is made specifically for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps to reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Q. How long does it take to process and ship an order?
A. Each product varies when it comes to production time; on average please allow us 2-5 business days to process the order. Once your order is processed, depending on location, orders can expect delivery in 3-12 days.
Please give yourself plenty of time between ordering and when you need the item, especially during the busy Christmas season (when shipping times will naturally be extended due to the overly saturated Post Office).

Q. What about returns?
A. Because we are a small, made to order business, this means we cannot accept returns as larger companies might. However,  if there is an issue with your order, such as damage or poor quality, please reach out to us within 7 days after receiving your product so we can make it right. We value your business and your happiness is important to us.

Q. Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
A. At the moment, we do not ship outside of the U.S. But please stay in the loop by subscribing to our weekly reflections and updates to see if and when this might change.
