Frequently Asked Questions:

Q. How is the product printed and fulfilled? 
A. To reduce waste & overproduction, our products are printed when your order is placed. Each order is made specifically for you as soon as you place an order, so please allow plenty of time to receive your order.

Q. From where do the items ship?
A. Our print & fulfillment locations are in L.A., Philadelphia, Phoenix, Maryland & Florida.   

Q. How long does it take to process and ship an order?
A. Each product varies when it comes to production time; on average please allow us 2-5 business days to process the order. Once your order is processed, depending on location, orders can expect delivery in 3-12 days.
Please give yourself plenty of time between ordering and when you need the item, especially during the busy Christmas season (when both processing & shipping times will naturally be extended due to high demand).

Q. What about returns?
A. If there is an issue with your order, such as damage or poor quality, please reach out to us (at: hello@dappled-designs) within 7 days after receiving your product so we can make it right. We value you, and your happiness is important to us.

Q. Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
A. At the moment, we do not ship outside of the U.S. But please stay in the loop by subscribing to our weekly reflections and updates to see if and when this might change.
